NEW LAWS OF CONSERVATION

The New Laws of Conservation deal with high complexities of life on the levels of geopolitics, economics, military power, communication, transportation, etc. The discovery of the New Laws of Conservation is a total necessity: science requires new laws to reflect the new, more complex reality. These laws are called New Laws of Conservation because they represent a new generation developed from the basic foundation of the classic laws by Kepler, Newton, Laplace, Mayer, Maxwell, etc.  The New Laws are also based upon the fundamental research of Robert L. di Bartini who introduced a new vision of physical laws.  A list of the New Laws include:

LAW                           DEFINITION

Extencia                      Linear displacement of power

Expancia                     Area spread of power

Volupower                   Volumetric spread of power

Arergation                   Area spread of energy

Volergation                 Volumetric spread of energy

Maneuverability          Displacement of mobility

Operability                  Area spread of mobility

Intensivity                   Rate of maneuverability

Flexivity                      Rate of operability

Flow                           Rate of mass change

Acceflow                    Acceleration of mass change
